1. General Information

The online store Elea Nature (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides the opportunity to purchase natural products through the internet. The use of this website and the placement of purchases presupposes the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use.The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2. Products

The products available in the online store are described as accurately as possible. Product images are indicative and minor variations may occur.Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing 

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include the currently applicable VAT.The Company reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price applicable to the customer is the one displayed at the time of the order placement.4. Methods of PaymentPayments can be made using the following methods:

  • Cash on delivery (COD)
  • Bank transfer
  • Electronic payments (e.g., PayPal or other available services)

5. Product Shipping

Shipping within Greece:

Shipping is free for orders over €50.Shipping is carried out via BOX NOW to the Locker of your choice at a charge of €2.50 + VAT.Delivery time usually ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the region.Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

6. Return Policy

6.1 GENERAL

Dermatological products – natural face/eye creams and serums, body creams, lotions, oils, and natural soaps – ARE NON-RETURNABLE.We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (Note: changed "15 days" from the Greek text to match the 14-day policy standard). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase. 6.2 DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Products that show wear or damage due to misuse or improper use are not covered by replacement or refund. Signs of mishandling (such as scratches, cracks, or damage from using sharp or hard objects) void the option for replacement. The evaluation is carried out based on the condition of the product and the evidence provided (e.g., photos).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

6.3 REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the event of an order cancellation where the content is not defective or incorrect, a refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs.
